Can someone tell me where i can find the damage ratings (or a formula for calculating) for huge and/or larger weapons?
What is the spell save DC for spells cast from scrolls? (for example a glitterdust scroll)
Scrolls save Dc use the minimum ability bonus and the spell's level so glitterdust would hvae a DC of 13 (2nd level spell +1 for having a 12 Int, minimum to cast 2nd level spells). Scrolls are not good for spells with saves.

Improved Natural Attack feat has the longest line of damage increase and is easiest to use. Or you can just use the medium/small/large damage table from equipment section: find base weapon damage, check how much damage would large version of it inflict, then threat the new damage dice as if were medium weapon and check large damage from it.
E.g. medium longsword inflicts 1d8 points of damage, it large version would inflict 2d6 damage (1st size increase). Medium weapon that inflicts 2d6 damage would inflict 3d6 damage as size large (2nd size increase). Thus longsword sized for huge creature would inflict 3d6 damage. What is the spell save DC for spells cast from scrolls? (for example a glitterdust scroll)
Its 10+spell level+ability modifier of minimum ability score required to cast spell. In case of glitterdust, which is second level the DC would be 13 (10 base, 2 spell level, +1 being ability bonus for Intelligence/Charisma score of 12 which is needed to cast 2nd level spell). Fireball would have saving throw DC of 14 (10 plus 3rd level plus 1 which is bonus of Intelligence/Charisma score of 13 needed to cast fireball).
EDIT: The simple calculation is to multiply spell level by one and half, round down and then add 10.
