1614977 arrived in a timely manner, however the box seemed to have been damaged in one of the corners and seemed to have somewhat suffered from the effects of water. I don't know if this was caused by warehousing or the UPS ground (or which branch). The brown paper packaging in the damaged corner seemed to have worked.
The Dragon's Trove box bottom seemed like it had taken some of the moisture and roughness. Since the cards are wrapped in plastic, the cards were intact with no damage. One of the mini blisters packaging was dented in one corner. Had this order include product involving paper, I think it would have been fairly ruined.
I would note that it has been raining in my area. It might be also raining between the WA, UPS ground, and my area for all I know. That might have caused the dampness in the corner.
Fortunately, since there were no actual paper products in the order, almost nothing in the package was damaged. The taldorian battlemage staff head came bent 45 degrees bent toward the head, but it was sturdy enough to bend back into place.
1604896 has not been received yet as of 2/18th, although it was shipped 1 business day earlier. The transit time is different from the above order, so the transit time has passed yet. I'll have an update on the order by the 25th.
Kind of tired, so sorry for the poor formatting.

I'm sorry about the water damage - if you feel that any of the products you received are unusable, please let us know and we'll get a replacement sent out. The winter weather could have caused water damage at any point during the shipping process - hopefully things will dry out as the weather gets warmer.
Looks like order #1604896 is still within its estimated delivery time (8 business days puts it at February 24th) - please let us know if it does not arrive in a timely manner!

It finally arrived, with a bunch of other mail stuffed in the mailbox. I guess that's what happens when it isn't your turn to check the mail.

Opened up the Jabberwock model from that shipment today. The large metal base and the base tab part of the model that is meant to be put in the slot of the base and the model attached to it seem to have taken an impact, possibly from the taped wet crunched part of the shipping box.
There is a vertical crack halfway down the bottom middle of one of the slot sides on the base. The flash that was on the side nearest to the crack was fairly smashed. The base didn't come flat, it was bent. However, dince it's just a base it works fine bent back. I could use it fine, although it does indicate that the warped Jabberwock model tab and foot was likely fine before it was impacted.
The leg, tail, and model tab of the Jabberwork is completely misaligned and I could not gently nudge it back properly to a suitable place that didn't still look gimped. It was impacted on the leg side. Originally, it couldn't fit into the base it was so bent.
Putting the base and the base next to each other it looked like the damage was caused by the same single impact as they were both bent in a similar direction. I think it came from the rear part of the packaging, where there was very little impact protection.
My guess is that somewhere in the world, someone sucks at driving a forklift.
P.S. I'm fairly tired making this post, do I hope the post is understandable enough to be read.

If possible, could you send us a digital image of the damage item, including the shipping box if you have it available, to customer.service@paizo.com?
thanks

One of my recent shipments had the same water damage problem. A couple of "crinkly" pages but nothing to stress about. I'd presumed it had happened here (in south Australia) but maybe there was some broader issue before it left the us.

Well, I don't know if the problem is related since mine was US ground. It depends on the carrier you selected for international shipping. The one for that particular delivery was UPS. UPS packages from other locations had little problems.
However, the weather in February was very intense and could have roughed up a roof enough to cause a leak. This of course, doesn't explain impact damage although it may have been part of the path least resistance of the force that was directed into the rear part of the blister packaging, smashing a part of the contents.
