I created 3 living hazards that I am trying to figure the CR for.
Barbed Cactus Patch (cause cactus hurts)
This space of difficult terrain is covered in cacti. A DC 12 Acrobatics check is needed to pass through this space without getting stuck by any of the cacti. Roll a d8 for each point by which the character fails his save, to determine how many cactus thorns the creature is affected by. A thorn removed without a Heal check deals 1 damage. A DC 15 Heal check is needed to remove each thorn without dealing damage.
Small Barbed Cactus Patch DC 10, 1d4 thorns
Overgrown Barbed Cactus Patch DC 15, 1d12 thorns
Phosphorous Lichen
This lichen causes any creature who touches it to glow. The glow produces 5 feet of illumination centered on the affected creature. The glow caused by the lichen can be removed if 1 round is spent cleaning a 1 square foot area with water.
Field of Lethargy Flowers (Wiz of Oz inspired)
Creatures entering the field stir up the pollen on these flowers inducing sleep. A DC 13 Fort save negates the sleep effect. Failing the save means the creature will sleep for 8 hrs and can not be awoken in that time. The creature can only be awakened by a casting of break enchantment, limited wish, wish, or miracle. Only one save is needed every 24 hours, as the effect of sleep or making the save grants immunity until 24 hrs have passed.

Do the cactus thorns actually do anything other than on removal?
Is there a specific Stealth penalty that goes along with the lichen's glow?
Is there an Acrobatics check or other skill check that can be made to not stir up the flower pollen? What about Trackless Step?
- No, just on removal. Was thinking of adding some kind of distraction effect if not removed within 1 hour.
- Besides providing light as a candle would, no.- No acrobatics check to prevent the flower pollen, but trackless step deserves to prevent it.
Good questions, thanks.
