In a few weeks my current campaign (still using 3.0) will finally wrap up. We've already agreed to use the Pathfinder RPG engine for the next campaign. However, a couple of my regulars have informed me that they'll soon be IRregulars, so I'm on the lookout for one or two new players to keep the table full.
The campaign (at least, my current plans for it) will focus a lot on the action in and around one city. The emphasis will be on event-driven adventures, with recurring NPCs and pretty close attention to the motivations you give your character. I use Greyhawk, not out of a lack of imagination (I have some other sandboxes for that), but because I love the classic adventures, characters, and background fluff: I think every player deserves a chance to play through, say, "Against the Giants" at least once.
If you live in Beaverton or Hillsboro, let me know you're interested. I'll cajole my regulars into meeting once or twice at the nearest FLGS (Rivals) so we can see how things work out.
(Brand-new players are welcome.)

Very interested. Live near Tanasbourne myself, so definitely in the area. I haven't actually played PFRPG or 3.5 rules before, but I really like the Pathfinder world and have several of the products, so all I have to do is pull out the Core book that got sent with my subscripion, lol.
I have gamed plenty but w/ other systems. So no worries as to my familiarty w/ roleplaying characters in general. I really like to get into character if that's how you like to play.
Age 32, married, mature, and I have access to a shower daily. Also I am very creative and imaginative, so please pick me!

Rivals? It's a little place, mostly handles trading card games and some Warhammer. It was an RPGA site for a while, but that's died down a lot. Little family-run operation, run pretty much on a shoestring. You'll find it about a block from the Hillsboro courthouse if you ever find yourself up this way.
The bigger FLGS in this area is Rainy Day Games in Aloha, where (incidentally) we're trying to start a regular Pathfinder Society event as a way for PF players to contact each other. It should start popping up on the Find Events in Your Area part of the Paizo website soon.

Depending on what day of the week you end up playing, I might be able to occasionally play or GM with you if you like. I'm the organizer of the bi-weekly PFS game at Guardian Games.

The next scheduled event is Wednesday after next (uh, is that the 16th or 17th?) - The Penumbral Accords. Starts at 5. My event coordinator still can't seem to get the events to come up on the boards and I dunno why not. The on-line mechanics are a mystery to me: I just wrangle the pen-and-paper stuff.

I am still lurking. ;-)
Sorry to be so darn long. It wasn't for any good reason, either. Just lack of energy. :|
Just started the new campaign a couple weeks back - they're still halfway through Level 1. Send me a line at lbhills@hotmail.com so I have a return e-mail address to keep you informed: odds are I'll have them move the game over to Rivals for a week or two so you can meet everybody.

I live in Beaverton and would be interested. It has been a while for me...about 2 years. I do have to admit that even though I am not a fan of GH since I have played alot of it in the past your comment about paying attention to what the players put into their characters has me intrigued since I tend to focus more on character development then anything else.
