My group has always been extremely rp-heavy, and enjoy doing a lot of the small seemingly unimportant rp aspects any game. So I've been wondering about pastimes lately the more we've been playing in the pathfinder world. I've found mention of board games such as Wyvern's Race and Doppel, Siege, and Pits and Perils. I did finally find how to play Towers in one of the adventure paths, but are there other card games that pathfinder has made the rules to? Or any other kind of games like the board games mentioned above?
TL;DR - anyone know where to find rules for some fun fantastical games to play in, most likely, a tavern environment (that can be substituted with rolls and/or playing cards)?

I don't know of any games like the ones you mentioned, hell I didn't even know the ones you mentioned existed since my group has never used a pre-made campaign and our world is a constantly evolving world of our creation (so far me and the other person who has GM'ed for our group use the same world and even cities the other created).
Tho I do know of something that could probably be used, its basically Poker with dice as seen in The Witcher [this site should explains how they do it, http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Dice_poker]. I have actually brought this up when I was GM'ing and the players had entered a tavern, mentioning that there were people gambling playing a sort of dice game. The party didn't seem to care much tho.

The Second Darkness adventure 'Shadow in the Sky' details the rules for a quartet of casino games: Bounder, Ghoulette, Golem, and Skiffs. Golem is a betting card game akin to poker.
If you're looking for a card game to play in character, you can always pick up WotC's Three Dragon Ante or its follow-up Three Dragon Ante: Emperor's Gambit. They're both non-collectible poker-esque card games based around dragon-themed decks of playing cards which can be played separately or combined if desired. The rules also include options for using your character's skills to influence game play. It can be a lot of fun.
