Thanks guys. :) And thanks to everyone for taking a peek.

A pretty compelling female character that I enjoyed playing recently was E'lara from Hunted. I thought the whole game was super well-written, and the characters really interesting but.... could they have dressed her worse? ;_;

Aaarrrgh, amazing!! Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!

Really don't know the rules on posting images, so I'll just provide a link. I thought I would share my amusement after an unfortunate trap left a young sczarni girl stuck in another woman's body.

Image Spoiler:

I know the pain of deciding between tiefling and human! I've always loved tieflings even from 3.5, but it was a lot less tempting back then because of LA. Someone mentioned earlier the different types of tieflings, and those are found in the first book of the Council of Thieves.

An extra feat is always nice, as is another hp or skill point from favored class (which tieflings don't have any, I don't think...)

but if this helps there are some variants of tieflings that can give you some good bonuses.

+2 strength, +2 wisdom, -2 intelligence qlippoth-spawn
+2 strength, +2 wisdom, -2 charisma oni-spawn

+2 dex, +2 cha, -2 wis rakshasa-spawn
+2 dex, +2 cha, -2 int div-spawn

depending on what you'd like to get, those are just a few examples I thought were good for a melee person. I never really give much thought to the resistances (though they are fun for rp-reasons, such as putting your hand in fire or other things to weird out party members).

Darkvision is ALWAYS USEFUL. So I've found at least. And the darkness + darkvision is so amazing in the right situation.

Personally I'd go Tiefling just because it's so much fun in an rp sense. Even with level 6 fighter you're getting about 7 feats (I can't recall if it's pathfinder rules for a feat every odd level or if that's my homebrew...) - but I'd suggest if it is *really* important then make a list of feats you'll need. If you are hurting for that one extra? Make a human.

I also don't mind the penalty to charisma because a tiefling is usually given that because they are just 'strange' or outlandish. I have a character currently who only has glowing eyes that betray her infernal heritage - and charisma was a dump stat even before the -2. She's still attractive, but TERRIBLE with people (fitting that she's a witch, too.)

Alignment can be either not important at all, or extremely important. I feel like other groups don't make it an rp priority unless there is a paladin or cleric involved, but it is important for *all* characters. In the case of your fighter, I almost feel they should be CN if anything. Your examples are good despite what others say, it gives us the idea that this fighter (or the player themselves) is really selfish in the face of losing their magical items or not getting their way (such as splitting loot fairly). My own groups usually split loot just like this, and sometimes we *will* have a character that purposefully disrupts this by keeping loot secretly to themselves. This isn't evil, it's selfish - and should be considered neutral or chaotic depending on if they sporadically thought 'well I don't feel like sharing today' or if they just do it all the time.

Running away from a threatening boss is selfish, also. If your entire group is still there fighting and working on the encounter and you bugger off despite still having a weapon available (albeit not nearly as good), then you are just being selfish because you don't want to lose more of your loot. A good character, even if neutral, will not willingly leave their friends to fight like that unless they specifically say 'hey we can't do this, let's re-group and re-think our tactic'.

"A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them."

^from the pathfinder srd

And from what it sounds like, this character is not being played as NG, since they are far more out for themselves than others. I'd opt for CN, or True neutral headed that way if they continue with their selfish ways of playing.

My group has always been extremely rp-heavy, and enjoy doing a lot of the small seemingly unimportant rp aspects any game. So I've been wondering about pastimes lately the more we've been playing in the pathfinder world. I've found mention of board games such as Wyvern's Race and Doppel, Siege, and Pits and Perils. I did finally find how to play Towers in one of the adventure paths, but are there other card games that pathfinder has made the rules to? Or any other kind of games like the board games mentioned above?

TL;DR - anyone know where to find rules for some fun fantastical games to play in, most likely, a tavern environment (that can be substituted with rolls and/or playing cards)?
