1) For a sorcerer to get a familiar you must have the Arcane Bloodline
2) 1 for being first level, eschew materials for being a sorcerer, and your race may give you another one.
3) A Sorcerer gets 3 1st level spells per day, but only 2 known. Note that a high Cha will give you more spells per day. See page 17.

Some very simple questions that I haven't been able to find the answer for.
1) Can a 1rst level Sorcerer get a familiar? If so, how?
2) How many feats would said 1rst level sorcerer have?
3) I've seen references to three first level spells per day, and two. Which is it? Or is it three spells known, but only two slots to cast per day?

1) Yes. He needs to take the Arcane Bloodline.
2) 1. 2 if human. Sorcerers don't have bonus feats at level 1.
3) You can cast three spells per day (more if you have a high Charisma). However, you only know two spells (not affected by Charisma), so you would have to cast one more than once to use all three of your spells.

To add to the previous posts:
The sorcerer would need to take the Arcane Bloodline and then choose Familiar Bond - not the item bond.
1st level feats:
Sorcerer gets Eschew Materials as a bonus feat.
You can pick one feat.
If you are a human, you get another feat to choose at first level.
If you are half-elf, you get a Skill Focus feat as a bonus - you then choose which skill.
Spells Known:
Two first level.
Spells Per Day:
11 or lower charisma: 3 per day
12-19 charisma: 4 per day
20-27 charisma: 5 per day - it's highly unlikely to have a 20 charisma at first level.
