This just in, My Little Ponies sent to dog food plant in order to feed The Pound Puppies.
Lies and heresy. They were fine when I saw them a few weeks ago at New York Pony Con. I also saw a Fluttershy on the way to work on Friday and she was...quite...fine...casually wipes away drool

For those of my brethren who haven't seen my FB, I recently found out that the house I grew up in is for sale. 4br, .75acre lot, fenced in, and a separate apt in the back.
And we can indeed get the loan. We'll be making a decision when Solnes gets back from Vegas.
The good news train keeps chugging along. Where is this place exactly? How far is it away from you?

It's about 4 miles from where we are now, maybe 5, off of hwy 544.

Did my grocery shopping while the wife took the boy to the park for some outdoor activity.
After lunch and getting the boy down for a nap, I did a little work on a town map for my PF FR game. We seem to have reached an accord, instead of switching DMing duties each session, we're gonna each DM through one level of play. So my buddy Todd will take 5th level. Another guy will take 6th. I'll be back up for 7th level.
I'm looking forward to my DMing turn. I'm planning what will hopefully be a pretty cool adventure.
Here's a hint: Don't say "moo".

I think April 7 might be earliest I have ever filed my federal return.
No, I had a refund this year. Not a big one, but it's better than owing.
I usually owe NY State because the withholding never seems to be enough. We'll see...

I did some shopping at the outlet mall this afternoon. I bought lots of shoes. My sneakers wore out, so I bought new ones, but they were "buy one, get one 40% off," so now I have 2 pairs.
I also bought some new dress shoes. I needed something that looks formal, but that I can walk a few miles in as well. I hope these do the trick. All of the dress shoes I have now give me blisters if I walk too much in them. I will call these new shoes my "Manhattan shoes."

Figured out dinner: Steak and potatoes.
The potatoes were done somewhat differently than we might usually do them. Picked up a pack of steam-in-a-bag red potatoes, ran them through the microwave, then smooshed them flat, dribbled on some pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder. Then stuck them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
They came out pretty good. Although next time I suggested she ditch the garlic powder and sprinkle on some minced garlic instead.

Designing mage base class (rehaul of older blaster base class project) underway. I wanted to merge black, grey and white mage into single class. Mana pool and matrices went through serious revamp and spellblast itself was replaced with at-will supernatural mage bolt that can be modified with options granted by matrices through expenditure of mana.

I think you would get along well with my daughter. She says she's going to get me a Macintosh plushie because her and Diane's grand daughters think it fits.

I just finished with most of the chainsaw work for fire mitigation.
Now I'm enjoying some Killian's.

Cool. They hurt me pretty badly. It was about a house payment for me, but Diane is very good at the tax prep thing so it could have been worse.

That reminds me that I need some good light weight safety toe boots for the Texas job.

Just stop at two. Once they have numerical advantage you will never even hold the beachhead. :/

+1. New York State always rakes people over the coals, I have owed 6 years out of the 10 + years I have worked.
