Still got a flu, and the girl at work is being a bit taciturn.

I wonder if asking her out was a bad idea in retrospect, or if I said something wrong...

Indeed. I have felt this way before. That's why I limit myself to no more than 3 cups per hour at work.

Scarab Sages

All right. Almost at the office. Be back later.

Not here sadly. A fresh coat of snow last night, and oscillating between low 40s highs and 30/high 20s lows all week this week, with the potential for more snow.

BLUH. WHERE IS SPRING.

Argh. Just when I think life is settling down, I am informed that I have to arrange to move 22 people from one floor of my building to another by April 12. It's amazing to me how emotionally invested people get in their work spaces.

How's life in FAWTLville?

Need caffeine.

Got a flu and a quiet possible love interest.

I wish you best of luck with moving them people!

It's here in the Southwest.

I'm glad I moved back when I did. Indiana has 10" of white powder.

*Sends Orthos one 44 oz. Thirstbuster, a one liter bottle of ice tea, and one large cup of extra strong coffee.*

Your order sir....

Yeah, Ebon tells me they're already eking up into the 80s and 90s.

Envy.

Well, it's official. I now have the title to my overused PT Cruiser.

Time for some body work, new struts, and I'm going to sell it for 5 grand.

I also have a refund check from the Indiana Department of taxation and revenue.

I have more money now. WAHOOOOOOOOO!

I need a shave.

I was sick yesterday. Sorry for my lack of posts

I read that as Indian Department of taxation and revenue and wondered if you got shares in one of those Native American owned casinos.

BluePigeon would make for a decent stereotypical tribal name.

My nose and head were congested. Running a warm body temperature, body aches, no energy loss of apatite (Which is a lot to say about me).

I missed playing Skyrim yesterday.

I feel better now and Skyrim, that's soon to change.

Waking up after 13... At least some progress. Not that it has something to do with my internet going down after 3 o'clock and me going to bed.

Nah. Blue Eagle sounds better.

Well, off to do S.S.S and Skyrim. Have a good morning everyone.

life has been...interesting. my brother in law is going through some stuff and staying with us for a while. This comes on the heels of other drama that has been going on. Not sure what god has planned, but I can see his hand in this. ...

In almost all contexts, at least.

I checked out a local choral society yesterday and auditioned. I hope they don't turn out to be weirdos.

The girl in question is Finnish as well?

Yes, but what does that have to do with...

...oh, I see what you did there.

Even if nothing will come of it, it wasn't a bad idea. You started out without a date, so you've not lost anything. Besides, unless she's not already got a boyfriend you could still change her mind. Give it a bit of time, act nice around her, if she seems to soften up - try again.

(And if you get a second no, still act nice - but don't ask again, that's where you run the risk of coming of as a bit creepy, if she changes her mind she can ask you out.)

Don't join a choral society/sacrificial cult. From what I've heard, their bake sales suck.

The bloodletting only took up about 10 minutes of the rehearsal. I think that is a good balance.

Well, what Max thought would be an audition for the Choral Society actually turned out to be a meeting of the Chloral Society gathering to discuss the upcoming summer and increased use of pools. And, across town, Jeffery's random comment about fleeing Winter brought angry condemnations from his neighbor, old Mrs. Winter. Meanwhile, Gary's attempt at mystically increasing the chance of snow led to....No, wait! That's my soap opera.
