Would you like to hear some stories from this most recent visit?

The first Saturday of my most recent visit, our friend Russ (who lives there) took myself and my two lead contractors out on his 34 foot boat. We spent the morning motoring around the area known as the 99 Islands.
After that, we drove up the mountain to Saikai National Park and got a really good view of all Sasebo.
After that, we drove about half an hour to the Saikai Bridge and spent a few hours in the park area built up between the old bridge and new bridge.
That night, we went out to eat at a place where you grill your own food right at the table. We had plates of meat, chicken, veggies...etc. Ate and drank for a few hours.
Then we hit the bars.....
At some point after that, I was put in a taxi bound for my room. I think it was sometime after midnight.
All in all, an eventful day.

My last night there, more co-workers and I went out and about. Started off meeting at the hotel some of them were staying at, then walking aroudn the ginza eating various foods (steamed oysters, beef skewers). We went to a steak place for dinner, but they couldn't seat us right away. So we went to another place for a quick beer, then back to the steak place.
After that we went to a bar for a few beers. I left them early, around 1030, since I had to get up early the next day for my trip home.

I might experiment with old electric oven today, however, to get hot food. Or rather save carrots from spoiling. Baked potatoes and carrots. Assuming it'll work. And I don't burn them. I have little choices left because I am eating the last piece of bread and don't want to go to shop for anything more today. I spent too much since the breakdown.

Wait... Setting oven temperature?!

Yikes. That must make it difficult to bake anything.
My mother managed to bake a wide range of things with that oven.
It warms itself to certain temperature and keeps it, not goes up indefinitely, I just have no idea what its max temperature is. 175 degree Celsius perhaps, maybe 200 degree?| Freehold DM |

normally, I would risk over to jess doors house to explode all over her laundry. however, jesszilla recently exploded all of my laundry, presumably in retaliation. It's so ironic, I feel like I'm in the 90s or something.

Are you going to explode on AZ's laundry?

Pretty much done shopping for the grandkids.
I have no clue what to get my daughter.
I'd like to get my son in law Hero Lab, but I don't know how to go about buying software as a gift.
I get to drive down to Collage Station Texas for Christmas, and we have blizzard like conditions today. It should be interesting.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! A rather chilly one at that. Luckily, I will soon be travelling to Louisiana, where winter's grip is rather more feeble.
REEEEEEEly? ;)
So, whereabouts in Lousy-Anna are you headed?
Somewhere close enough I might actually be able to meet another FaWtLy?
:D
