Hello FAWTLies! I hope Thursday is kind to you all.
I'm on my way to do a final walk-through of our former space in preparation for the last of the furniture to be removed so the renovation can start. Then I have a going away lunch for a soon-to-be-former colleague.
And then... And then this evening I get to go watch my Nationals whup up on the Cubs. (Have I mentioned lately that I love this baseball season? I LOVE this baseball season!)

I've been swamped with mix news and issues.
The good news is my daughter is very close to delivering her third little one. She's planning on another home birth as the last one went very very well.
Hopefully this one goes as smoothly.

Finished my programming assignment. It's the first one where we're not really copying anything and have to design something ourselves. I am so tired that I might as well be drunk. I have no idea how I got this thing to work. I think this is going to be one of those thank goodness for partial credit moments.

Anyway yesterday was a strange one, hopefully today will be more normal and more fun for FaWtLies.
~yawns~ It is Friday and I already have 2 hours overtime and a nightime callout. That will help out a bit on the attempt to get caught back up. Now if only my coworker will throw me a callout or four my way this weekend.

Hm. They changed the supplying baker for the shop where I buy noodles and an occassional bread. When I first learned of that on the monday I wasn't amused because that meant that the cheap bread vanished... Thankfully today I noticed they have different bread in the price of the one that they no longer sell. And it's even better! Time will show if they keep the quality or are just showing off for starters.
And finally I had chance to buy cheap maize on market. But now I face a dillema, cook and eat it now or leave for evening?
Leave it for tonight.
If I leave it for tonight then I'll eat the whole bread before. However, I have bought two cobs!
Maybe I cook one, and then the other? Choices, choices...
