Western Michigan? What could possibly be out there? :-)

If the stars are aligned right tomorrow evening, there may be a collusion of FaWTLies in Western Michigan.

We shall soon see.

You actually scared me for a moment there. I'm sorry to see he feels this way but I am glad to know he's alive!

Wait, what? He posted in here yesterday evening.

He's not dead, he's just not posting on Paizo anymore.

Hello FAWTLies! I hope Thursday is kind to you all.

I'm on my way to do a final walk-through of our former space in preparation for the last of the furniture to be removed so the renovation can start. Then I have a going away lunch for a soon-to-be-former colleague.

And then... And then this evening I get to go watch my Nationals whup up on the Cubs. (Have I mentioned lately that I love this baseball season? I LOVE this baseball season!)

May your nationals enjoy the fruits of victory. Until they come across my team of choice, but that is a direction we shall not go in, as we do not fight over inherent sports team superiority on Fawtl...
** spoiler omitted **

will take it to PMs, as our anti sports rule is inviolate!

Do you guys just never look at anything in OTD other than FAWTL? Or are you that good at just not participating in the jerk threads?

I don't understand what that means.

I stay away from jerk threads, otherwise I would need my medication again.

1634 new posts. Y'all have been busy.

I've been swamped with mix news and issues.

The good news is my daughter is very close to delivering her third little one. She's planning on another home birth as the last one went very very well.

Hopefully this one goes as smoothly.

Pool tonight barring labor.

Waiting for the kid to fall asleep, then I'm thinking of watching the Solomon Kane movie. The other night I noticed it was being offered On Demand.

I look and on rare occasion I am moved to participate. I just realize that this is the internet. There is no winning here, just discord and discourse.

Finished my programming assignment. It's the first one where we're not really copying anything and have to design something ourselves. I am so tired that I might as well be drunk. I have no idea how I got this thing to work. I think this is going to be one of those thank goodness for partial credit moments.

Morning.

Why being stalked in dreams, teleporting away from some sort of cousin or something like that, flying around and watching vampiric hero together with group of mortals explore trapped house or mansion is so tiring?

Why, even in dreams I have to suffer from bad sight?

And, why, o why, my dreams end so quickly and I remember so little of them? :(

Nothing special as far as I know. For me it's just the end of a pay period and I only needed two more hours to reach 80 - hello annual leave!

Scarab Sages

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy Friday. Kid is off to daycare. Gonna cut grass later on, then maybe see about going over to my FLGS and checking on whether or not they finally got their shipment of Rune Giant minis in.

Scarab Sages

Also, watched Solomon Kane last night. Pretty cool for an invented origin story. James Purefoy got it right, methinks. And the bit roles by Max Von Sydow and Pete Postlethwaite were gold!

Cool, Aberzombie. Been meaning to watch that for the last few years. Wow, I completely ignore the other OTD threads, barring the funny ones... politics *shudder*

Anyway yesterday was a strange one, hopefully today will be more normal and more fun for FaWtLies.

~yawns~ It is Friday and I already have 2 hours overtime and a nightime callout. That will help out a bit on the attempt to get caught back up. Now if only my coworker will throw me a callout or four my way this weekend.

Gooooooooooooooooodmorning!

Hm. They changed the supplying baker for the shop where I buy noodles and an occassional bread. When I first learned of that on the monday I wasn't amused because that meant that the cheap bread vanished... Thankfully today I noticed they have different bread in the price of the one that they no longer sell. And it's even better! Time will show if they keep the quality or are just showing off for starters.

And finally I had chance to buy cheap maize on market. But now I face a dillema, cook and eat it now or leave for evening?

Leave it for tonight.

If I leave it for tonight then I'll eat the whole bread before. However, I have bought two cobs!

Maybe I cook one, and then the other? Choices, choices...

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

Thanks again for the birthday wishes. :)

I hope you all have a good Friday!

Off to pot!

That bread is really good.
