To be honest I'm not entirely sure.
With bombs it's an easy call, yeah you can do it.
As for extracts, as far as I can tell yes, you are drinking a potion-like-thing. But for some things taking extracts is treated like casting a spell. Which parts are like casting a spell and which are like drinking a potion isn't exactly clear.
i would say yes.
there´s a pretty clear contrast between MIXING extracts / prepping mutagens, which is INT based, and using them, which is mostly like a potion. some things might call for ´decisions´ to be made at time of use, but Barbarian Rage doesn´t prevent making decisions, just CONCENTRATION... and using extracts/mutagens isn´t subject to disruption like spell concentration AFAIK.
I don't know. You make the bomb on the spot. You have to infuse the bomb with your essence, and when the bomb is done the DC is set to your intelligence. That suggests to me that the process requires some brains... which you can't do while raging.
With an extract... yeah, its a potion. You can drink it faster than most others because lets face it, you're an alchemist, you spend all day "product testing" A toddler with a sippy cup can manage to drink 6 ounces, so can a raging barbarian.
I'm really torn because I am considering trying to play a hurling barbarian alchemist and I'm not sure If it actually works. Mostly it depends on if Bombs can be made while raging, which i'm not sure about.
The alchemist does most of the prep work ahead of time, its just a quick mix to activate the bomb.
The other part of the build is how does the bomb interact with the hurler rage power. At the very least the build would increase the bombs range increments by 10ft for a single level dip.
DM fiat as to how harsh Rage's patience & concentration restriction is enforced. I'd say mixing chemicals to make bombs is too much thinking for rage, but ymmv.

that said, the master Chymist class says that making Bombs is inherently Violent (which implies the process is pretty mindless and entirely destructive in nature(not that there's anything wrong with that, I do love me some mindless violence)) which should be usable in a Rage.
it really does come down to what the DM envisions making a Bomb looks like, are they inert because the chemicals aren't mixed, or because the catalyst(alchemist soul thingy) hasn't been added yet?

As a member of the local archery club: Do you know how finicky and complicated it is to knock, draw, aim and release a bow with any amount of accuracy? It requires a good bit of concentration. I would say "sure, bomb away".
