1)"Charm person" says you need to make an opposed Cha check, so my question is this only your cha mod or can you use diplamacy or bluff?
2)"Haste" grants an untyped bonus to your attack rolls can this increase your base number of attacks(not including the extra attack you get) for a full attack action?
1) No. The rules call for a charisma check, so you make a charisma check.
2) Again no. It does not increase your BAB, but rather just adds an attack bonus. Increases in BAB are the only thing to give you extra iterative attacks.
