First, if you are 5' away in fog or smoke you only have 20% concealment so they can see you. You only have total concealment if you are more than 5' away. Under some circumstances you can use stealth when you have concealment...
Second, technically you cannot deal sneak attack damage against enemies with concealment unless you have the "Shadow Strike" feat.
Blind fight does not eliminate concealment, it merely allows you to reroll your miss chance.

In order to get Sneak Attack, you must fulfill one of three conditions:
1) The target must be flatfooted.
2) The target must be denied his DEX bonus against your attacks.
3) You must flank the target.
I do not think that Smokebombs (et al) force the target to lose thier DEX bonus, nor does it make them flatfooted.
Also, you may not deal precision damage any time the target is obscured (ie, you have a miss chance against them). If you have an ability/feat that supercedes it, then rock on. However!!! You must otherwise qualify for Sneak Attack (see three points above).
Please, correct me if I am wrong.

if your target has any concealment from you, then no sneak attack. there is a feat in the ago that removes thus penalty in dim light but I cannot remember if it affects other forms of concealment.
if your just standing inside the smoke but the victim is not concealed you only get sneak attack if you snipe I believe.
and seems I was ninjad twice.

Improved blind fight does eliminate concealment less than total (or blink spell).
OP: You need to find another way to get your sneak attack. Using catch off-guard feat and improvised weapons is the only way to be certain to get it, otherwise you'll have to rely on flanking.

Well that was a reading comprehension fail on my part, I totally missed the work "Improved" in there.
Even so, the wording is weird...
"Your melee attacks ignore the miss chance for less than total concealment. You may still reroll your miss chance percentile roll for total concealment."
As far as I can tell they still have concealment but you ignore the miss chance... which is an odd state. So for example they could still use the concealment for other things (like stealth?). Regardless, I suspect most GMs would let Imp Blind Sight work with sneak attack.
