I made a custom Pathfinder character sheet a few months back and it's worked out pretty well thus far in actual play. Feel free to nab it if it strikes your fancy.

Looks good. I like the page references to the rules, and the cheat sheet with common rules and tables. Thanks for posting this.
Been a while, but I made some updates to my character sheet. Unfortunately it's not a smart form fillable sheet with auto-calcs, so only people that fancy old fashioned multi-page dead tree character sheets, and good ol' fashioned erasers will really get anything out of these:
Herbo's Character Sheet 2.0 <-INtended to be printed double sided. I've made some minor tweaks here and there over the last year. Moved some data around, added in some new stuff, ditched some things that didn't work.
Reference Sheet <-Split it out of the main sheet for groups that know the rules back-n-forward and have no need of a list of basic schtuff.
Spell Sheet <- Really nothing special here. But it works.
