The coven created when three hags are together lists spell-like abilities that that require all three hags to use a full round action to use the cooperative magic. This gives rise to two questions
(1) Is this full round casting similar to casting a Sleep? i.e. the affect occurs at the beginning of the following round.
(2) If the answer to #1 is yes, does that mean the affect can be disrupted by breaking the concentration of any of the three hags?
Full-round action means it takes your entire turn to cast the spell and get the effect.
1 round casting time means it takes an entire round for it to take effect.
tad confusing, but that's the jist of it, else all damage dealt by a full-attack wouldn't apply until the next round, meaning if you kill a fighter with a series of standard actions, the damage he dealt wouldn't happen, and such craziness.
