I ordered a new subscription on saturday and it still showing as 'pending' and the pdf does not show up in my downloads section, any particular reason for the delay, I can understand the physical book being on pending due to the week end but why the pdf? Should I not be able to download it straight away?

Subscription PDFs become available upon the shipping of the physical item (or at least when the shipping label is printed).
Andrew is correct - subscription PDFs are not available until the product ships from our warehouse. Please let me know if you have any other questions for me.
