I got a MW shortbow and made it plus one = 2,330
So far so good I think. Then i also wantto make my str help so it is 75 for composite and 150 for a +2 str bonus so = 2,555 then i want to add frost +1 enhancement = 1,000
so grand total 3,555 is that right?

The issue is that a +1 frost weapon is, for pricing purposes, a +2 weapon (I think). That's how we've always rolled, but I am prepared for someone to smite me.

The first part is right, the second part, not so much.
A +1 Frost weapon is a +2 bonus (8,000). A MW mighty composite shortbow (+2 str) would be 555, for a total of 8,555 GP.

No, on a few levels.

The formula would be:

Base weapon price + masterwork/material price + magic price.

The base weapon (composite +2STR shortbow) would cost 225gp.

The masterwork price is 300gp.

The magic price is 8,000gp (a +1 frost weapon is a +2 equivalent, I don't agree with this mind you, but those are the rules).

The total would be 8525gp.

Retail = 8525 gold
Creation Cost = 4525 gold.

Would take 4 days to enchant the bow

PC Wealth by level = 25% allowed on weapons

Buy it at retail at level = level 9 = 46,000 starting gold.
Craft it at cost at level = level 7 = 23,500 starting gold.

Spell Craft DC to enchant the bow ( 5 + 6 ) = DC 11

Minimum level needed to enchant the bow = 6th level caster needed.
Minimum level needed to take the feat (Arms and Armor) = 5th level.
