Just a quick rules check
like all polymorph spell I assume Giant Form is no exception even though your turning into a humanoid.
so armor and weapons meld into the new form
and all the bonuses stack with your enchantments and alchemical bonuses becuase they are all size bonuses.
(also on the natural armor bonus, its not listed as a size bonus but is it ? man I hate working out what natral armor bonuses stack
Mutagen gives a Nat armor, you may have a base nat armor, barkskin grants and natural armor, most of the poly spells grant natural armor)
Do you gain the std equipment listed in the giants stat block ? imposing armor enchants over the top ? or even weapon enchantments ?
or would you instead have to carry Large weapons around drop them, drink Giant Form Extract and then pickup the Large weapon now correctly sized for you ?
seems a bit counter intuitive when you compare to enlarge person which resizes your weapons as well.

Um... no actually:
When you cast a polymorph spell that changes you into a creature of the animal, dragon, elemental, magical beast, plant, or vermin type, all of your gear melds into your body... (much later)...If your new form does not cause your equipment to meld into your form, the equipment resizes to match your new size.
Since you aren't turning into one of those types your gear doesn't meld into your body.

Basically you turn into a giant troll with all your gear intact. I suppose you could turn into one of a half dozed other creatures but why?
As for natural armor, it is a bit of a mess. I think there is a thread floating around where Sean said if you switch to your mutagenic shape first they don't stack (polymorph replaces any natural armor from your current form with that from the new) but if you drink the giant form extract first they do stack because the extract adds to your natural armor.
Personally, I'd just let them stack regardless, it's a 6th level extract that lasts for minutes per level. Any enhancement bonuses to natural armor from amulets or barkskin also stack regardless.
