I presume that is why they distributed photos of him (mentioned in one of the articles).

I have to say, I am glad he has upgraded his costume. Looking like a Mexican wrestler is probably a lot safer than the Goggles and Fedora thing. Really, the more glittery and ostentatious, the safer he will be.

Plus, it looks like he might actually have some armor on the new one. The guy is plainly jacked, (though the armor is flattering). I think it is interesting that he's basically a theatrical Guardian Angel.
