Were the nature-worshipping orcs in the Eberron setting ever given any further background material beyond the Campaign Setting?
For the life of me I can't recall ever seeing a book for them, which is frustrating since they're practically the only solidly "goodish" orc society in D&D canon as far as campaign setting features go.
If they were explored further, where should I look?
Thanks in advance.

I don't see much with a quick flip through my books. There is a blurb in both the Races of Eberron and The Player's Guide to Eberron. I just finished The Dragon Below novels and one of the characters was an orc. There was some orc culture in those novels. There might be a liitle in the Faiths of Eberron under the Gatekeeper section as well. Overall I didn't see a lot.

I'm not entirely sure they were necessarily good, sure they saved the world, but they saved the themselves in the process, and did so by learning from a black (or was it blue) dragon. Certainly, some of them were good, but I'd be hesitant to call their society as a whole good.
Now they did teach the new coming humans about the gate keeper ways and that accounts for something, though I'm still not sure it would be enough to call them good, dedicated to a higher cause perhaps.

As mentioned earlier youll get some good information on the gatekeepers & orcs from the Dragon Below series, As for books, I agree with everyone else, Player,Races, and faith books all have info but very little. I recommend maybe adding some of your own homebrew. Personally I love the Hobgoblins in Eberron, after reading the Dragon Below & the Legacy of Dhakaan i just added the details from the books into my campaign.

I agree with everyone else that there is very little about the orcs anywhere in the Eberron library.
The old "Dragonshards" articles by Keith Baker (still archived on the WotC website I think) offer lots of detail about just about everything except the orcs. Even the discussion threads that Keith Baker participated in only mention, briefly, those orcs which live adjacent to the Demon Wastes and worship a deity/force/etc similar to the Silver Flame.
Basically they appear to be open to whatever interpretation you would wish to put on them.
