Your post isn't showing up for me, so I have no idea what you're saying or asking, other than the title.
If you pick an Elementalist Wizard form the APG, you can greatly reduce your opposed school spells as they oppose each other. Air opposes Earth, Water opposes Fire. That's it.
I also cannot see the OP.
In general, I find Divination and Conjuration to be the best choices. Being forced to pick 1 divination spell every level can hurt, because you don't use them THAT much, but hey it's free slots. The school power is phenomenal. The foresight subschool from APG is also exceptional. For conjuration either core or Teleportation subschool. Conjuration is probably the best combat school, having grease, web, stinking cloud, glitterdust, the new pit spells, as well as all summons and planar bindings. Divination school's functionality varies widely on your DM's style. Transmutation school is also not bad, lots and lots of good spells, and the school powers you'll always find a use for even if they're not game-changers.As for the elemental schools, I REALLY like Air.

+1 on the Conjuration
Aside from free dimension door at higher levels, some of the best offensive spells (Not the most powerful, mind you, but IMO best useful) are conjuration, as they are not subject to spell resistance most of the time. The pit spells were a great addition, and in general summoning creatures is always a nice fallback for crowd control. Two words: Celestial Rhino :P
