The Cassisian Angel is described as "This finely crafted golden helm is decorated with intricate filigree, and f lutters gracefully through the air on feathered wings."
Can you wear one as a helmet?
Aside: That 'Perfect memory' can be a DM's nightmare. I know from using Autohypnosis the headaches it can cause.

I'm not sure how different this is from the spellcaster who carries his familiar in a pocket, or lets his familiar sit on his shoulder. Especially since helmets in the game don't provide any mechanical effect.
