Question about Natural born leader trait

Rules Questions

might be stupid, question, but...

the trait says:
"All cohorts, followers, or summoned creatures under your leadership..."

does other party members benefits from this trait? as their not exactly under his leadership directly.. ?
or it does apply if the character with the trait is considered to be the party leader... ?

The terms 'cohort' and 'followers' are Generally tied to the leadership feat itself, which provides a 'cohort' and a bunch of 'followers.'

Personally I would also apply to animal companions, familiars, mounts/pets, etc as well. (And hirelings, if your GM does that.)
