Was I supposed to get an email stating that item submission was received? If so, I haven't got one yet. Can someone let me know if my submission was received. I don't want to send it again if it was already.

You won't get a confirmation email. Instead, you should see this text at the top of the RPG Superstsar 2011 main page:

"Thanks for entering RPG Superstar—good luck!
Your submission was received [date and time]."
