Kingmaker and cities

Is there anyway to make the cities larger in kingmaker? My players are asking me even though they are barely half full on their city. They just do not think it is going to be big enough to do what they want with it. Can you just spend BP to expand the city further? If there is a post I missed about this somewhere just link it here, I looked all over and could not find it. Thanks.

Check the kingmaker board. Quick answer - the map is a DISTRICT within a city. Just pay the BP cost for another district, and keep building. It will take at least 4 districts for a decent sized capitol city.

Then I must seek out this fabled kingmaker board. I did a seach on kingmaker and saw many posts but nothing that dealt with my specific position.
