Since its not a paizo product, my guess would be within a day or two of when/if DragonWing Games loads it to paizo's servers.

Steve at dragonwing games has sent the file over already so I suppose we'll just have to wait and see...

From What I understand, they have to do some testing to ensure that the software that watermarks the PDF doesn't mess anything up before they post it... from discussions here, that normally takes under a week.
