Sping attack / Rideby Attack / Flyby Attack + AoO

All 3 feats (Spring attack, Ride-by attack, and Flyby Attack) all say you do not provoke AoO from the target. But what if the Target has Reach? You are leaving Multiple Threatened Squares while moving in and out to make your attacks. Do you or Do you Not Incur AoO??

You do not from the Target, but you may from an ally of the Target.

Those feats trump "reach" from the target. So too does tumbling towards/away from a creature.

As was said previously, allies of the target would be able to take any AoOs that were provoked (in regards to those feats).
