Does anyone know of an item that allows the user to cast/produce a Flame Blade spell or effect? I have an idea and I'm having trouble finding something, preferable Pathfinder, but something from 3.5/3.0 is also fine.

As far as I know, this requires a custom item to do at will, or a wand to do it cheaply.
