I think an eidolon could have lived for a year or more in Qadira if its summoner did.

Do you mean Racial Heritage? An eidolon can't meet the prerequisite. If not, which feat do you mean?

True, actually to select a race trait immediately. Additional Traits gives you two traits. A social trait and race trait are from different lists. That all works well.
