Hi there,
I placed a number of items (miniatures and a flip-mat) in my shopping cart, but when I went to the payment screen the pathfinder 15% advantage did not seem to apply properly, eg the $4.67 figure dropped to $4.24, not $3.96. Huh???

I believe in the past it applied to the discounted price before.
At least on all my past orders it has.

It has always been the greater of the two discounts as long as I have been a subscriber. Unless the price is actually reduced and not a percentage off.

I think Justin is correct.... if there's a % off discount, it will take the higher of the two. If its a fixed sale price, it will do both. I'm guessing that the % off prices are usually paizo clearing out their warehouse, so taking the additional 15% would put them at a loss, where the fixed price is a discount on the distributor level, so they can still take the 15% off and make some profit.

I am now confused. I am buying Reaper figures, so there is a retail price and then an 'our' price on the website. The 15% seems to come off the retail price not the 'our' price. Which one should it use for the calculation??

It comes off the 'retail price'. If the 15% off the 'retail price' is cheaper then the 'our price' you pay that. Otherwise you pay the 'our price'.
