Can a witch Hex herself?

Basically wondering if the witch's hexes can be used on herself.

Example: Healing Hex, Fortune, etc...

I don't see why not.

I know that the Ward hex specifically says that the witch cannot use it on herself. There may be others.

Edit: Also, the Vision Hex specifically states this.

If something can be used on any ally, it can be used on you (see FAQ), unless otherwise stated.
