Right There(Metamagic feat)
This allows the caster to center a spell on a specific fine sized area of an object or creature instead of on the whole object or creature. With this you could use spark to light a torch. You could put 2 light spells on a rock requiring two darkness spells to negate it. Silence on part of the feathering of an arrow might be harder to negate. Detect magic used with this allows you to see where the spell is anchored. Spells cast this way use a spell slot one higher. The metamagic rod has a hand with a pointing index finger on the end of it.
Let me know what you think in a friendly manner.

You should be more exact regarding the consequences of this spell, as well as what spells can be modified in this way.
What does a Right There Fireball do? How about a Right There Cure Moderate Wounds? What about Right There True Strike?
You say Right There Silence on the feathering of an arrow "might be harder to negate". Well, is it harder to negate or not? If so, how? Please don't speculate on what might be true; tell us what the feat does! That way we can tell whether it's a fun flavorful gimmick, or overpowered, or what.
Thanks.

Well if the arrow hits a hard surface and shatters, they need to decide which part to cover completely(with full cover) or try to dispell. I'm having trouble finding what happene to a spell that is on an entire object that just shattered. Maybe it would normally be on the largest piece, but I don't know where it says that.
It basicly modifies any spell that normally affects an entire object or creature including spells that center on such a target.
A fireball spell goes off whereever the magic pea hits.
A right there cure spell could kill a Kyuss worm if it's powered by negitive energy in Pathfinder. Otherwise, any damage outside the fine sized area would not be healed.
True strike affects you, not the weapon or foe. You couldn't cast the spell that way. You probably can't enlarge true strike either.
It will take a while to make a list of spells it won't work with because the spell is personal.
I think a really big dragon could cast anti-magic field on its tail and still cast spells with its mouth. I'll check that.
