Well regardless, don't want to hold things up. I'll assume Evasion applies for my description (don't see why it wouldn't)
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 Reflex- (Is there a squeezing penalty? I believe I pass anyway)
Sajan moves up the stairs at a jog approaching the flames- as he is about to reach them he puts on a burst of speed, running along the wall for a brief moment and leaping clear of the flames without being harmed.
Still at work, please move me the eighty feet towards the next foe.
DM Dan E
Zeladiel heads for the steps firing an arrow which clinks of the wall behind one of the archers.
Linah follows Haleen, catching up to her at the base of the steps. Shes a move ahead of you and a higher movement rate to boot so your pretty much following.
Sajan dashes up the steps, kicking off one wall to the other and back again to avoid the flames. Yeah I think evasion is applicable here. Your moving through Grall so just the -2 which as you say you pass by miles anyway.
Grall moves off the step, taking just a little further singing, and moving around the walkway surrounding the hole in the floor. His hurled javelin takes the nearest archer in the ribs.
DM Dan E
The archers fire, two at Grall and the third at Sajan before hastily retreating toward the south eastern steps (which you'd assume are both blocked). All of the shots go well wide. They end up in (X,29), (Z,29) and (AB,29).

Nuveril and Khalid.
Grall
Grall will double move 80' to end up at or near 28, 29, P, Q.
Screaming at the Gnolls, a smoking giant Gnoll Demon, covered with blood, gore, and a huge Falchion, almost calling for their lives...
Drop to your knees now and beg or I will eat the marrow from your bones and our healer will keep you just alive so you can live for days in pain!
DM Dan E
Khalid and Nuveril head counter clockwise around the walkway. On their right they pass an open doorway to a room holding a large apparatus comprising a maze of glass beakers connected by rubber tubes. Seven
of these tubes project from the apparatus, ending in syringelike
needles.
Haleen runs up the steps straight through the burning oil. She appears to be at least partly protected from the heat and doesn't suffer anything worse than singes to her robes.

intimidate 1d20 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (14) - 1 + 2 = 15
As the blackened blood drips from his Falchion, Grall awaits their answer jogging closer to them, his muscles prepared to charge and finish the Gnolls if they don't surrender followed closely by the giant Sajan and the other two slayers preparing to trap the remaining Gnolls in their pincers...

Round 9, initiative 17
An out of breath Linah catches up with Haleen on the edge of the flames. "You can not go through! Wait until the fire dies down", the cleric pleads and puts a hand on the witches shoulder. "Let me look at your wounds", she says.
Ready action to cast Cure light wounds on Haleen (1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5) if she moves to run through the flames. Otherwise i'd just like to determine how bad her visible wounds are. Don't know if that's possible, so DM input please :)

As above she dashed straight through and up to the second level in her action, seemingly taking no damage. Damagewise she looked like single digits ie very wounded but conscious before you healed her for 9. We'll retcon your action as I'm going to be in a meeting all day tomorrow
Zeladiel waits at the bottom of the steps for the fire to recede (it looks like that won't be long).
Sajan runs past Grall and using his size and speed makes it adjacent to the northern archer which Grall wounded (P,Q,28,29).
Grall himself moves in behind screaming at the gnolls.
Whether its the proximity, the javelin hit, Grall's intimidation or a combination of all three, the archers break and break hard, throwing down their bows and heading toward the eastern steps adjacent to where you came in on the first level. The northern one provokes an AOO from Sajan.
The middle one makes it to the top of the steps while the southern attempts to frantically climb over the barricade but ends up slipping in its haste and falls in a heap amongst the debris.
Acrobatics 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11 fail
Linah to retcon and Nuveril and Khalid to move. I will update the map at the end of the round.

Knowing the Gnoll's will only be slaughtered later, Sajan sighs inwardly with regret as his massive palm snakes out and slams into the Gnoll fleeing, dropping it to the ground as the beast crumples from the blow.
Took a bit of liberty with description there, was assuming 14 would drop it.

With 10 damage from Grall's javelin it is very dropped.
Nuveril
I believe Undrella provided us with the maps on the website; however, it would be out of character for Nuveril to have paid much attention to them. Khalid, on the other hand, as our intrepid leader, would have familiarized himself with them before our assault. IOW, we don't have to waste time opening and closing every door on this level. :)

Sorry! I read through the post in a hurry
Retcon Round 9, initiative 17
Linah has given up the thought that words could stop Haleen and seeing the woman run through the flames at the stairs without hesitation only strengthened that notion. Asking Sarenrae to carry her through the flames the cleric runs after. Linah can feel the flames swirling around her but as she reaches the top of the stairs she can see that the dawnflower has delivered her almost unscathed. (Double move to J-5, reflex save to avoid flames 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18, damage 2d6 ⇒ (1, 4) = 5).
Linah ignores her minor burns for now and waves the smoke from her eyes to see the scene in front of her. She catches Nuveril shouting something to Khalid. "The stairs are in the guard room. Over the southern door!" she calls out and points across the platform.
Grall
Grall has seen the maps, but says little this round. He moves over and grabs his Javelin off the floor from where it had landed after striking the Gnoll.
Next round he will move over to Haleen and confront her trying not to sound too angry with her, Why arrre you following me, it is my destiny to destrrroy Karrrdswann, if you arrre therrre you can be used against us? You arrre frrree, I can't stand the thought that you might be hurrrt furrrther...
Grall is a horribly mangled site, blood pores from several wounds, arrows sitck out of him at various places, burns that look horrible cover many parts of him, and his short breaths are an obvious indicator of someone who is nearing the end of their ability to go on...
Kardswann AKA DM Dan E
Unfortunately Grall isn't going to get that far.
Nuveril and Khalid continue around the edge. Nuveril dashing ahead and making it to the corridor adjacent to the 2nd level guard room with its stairs up.
Khalid follows. His only warning of imminent attack is a woosh of air as an axe carves through his armor like parchment and smashes into his ribs breaking at least one. Only a split second pivot stops the cut from continuing into his lungs.
Greataxe 1d20 + 16 + 2 - 3 ⇒ (14) + 16 + 2 - 3 = 29 (invisibility, power attack) hit
1d12 + 11 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 9 = 21
His invisibility foiled by the attack, Kardswann appears floating in the air just next to the edge.
YOU. ARE. NOT. VARDISHAL.
Please see the map here . The good news is that the attack was at the very end of Khalid's first move action giving him a standard or another move. The bad news is that Kardswann's initiative will slip in before Khalid's.

Bah I read the post twice and somehow missed that... Thanks.

Ouch!
Round 10, initiative 17
Linah can hardly belive her eyes as Kardswann materialize with his great axe sunk into Khalid. "Khalid, no!", she cries out and rushes towards the injured inquisitor drawing her scimitar on the way (run action to get to W14). "Sarenrae, watch over your champion", she prays during her run.
DM Dan E
Khalid stops and heals himself, closing the worst of his injury but he can still feel blood running down his leg. Your applying your judgement healing yes? That was a really well timed pass on the concentration check.
Linah only has a double move available as she has to turn a hard corner. Assume Zeladiel will do the same so Sajan and Nuveril then Kardswann.
Edit: I make Sajan's enlarge as expiring after his round 13 action btw.
Zeladiel Araxyll
Round 10/21
Hearing the commotion, Zeladiel races up the stairs as the flames die down.
Seeing Kardswann, he throws some dust forward and suddenly Kardswann is surrounded by a cloud of glittering gold particles, flashing and blinking over his skin and filling his eyes.
Glitterdust (Will DC16)
Nuveril
Nuveril spins around, a bit of excitement in her eyes that her enemy has come down to her rather than forcing her to go up to him. "I don't know who any of you think you are, but you're about to die!" she shouts, running to Khalid's side. Rage; Move to Z 17; Attack 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 Damage 1d6 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 5 + 2 = 13
If there's a squeezing penalty to attack from that square, it's -4 to that roll (doesn't matter due to the fumble anyway) and her AC will be 12 (which would have been worth the risk, if she'd managed to hit. :P

Maybe she's just luring Kardswann into a false sense of security so he'll ignore the obviously-incompetent halfling and be set up for a full attack next round. :)

Seeing Kardswann, he throws some dust forward and suddenly Kardswann is surrounded by a cloud of glittering gold particles, flashing and blinking over his skin and filling his eyes.Glitterdust (Will DC16)
Its so marginal as to whether you have LOS for the spell. I've been sitting here with the map and a straight edge. On my map I think your just off. On the underlying map upon which I drew my own grid I think its line and ball so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt :)
Zeladiel casts his spell and Kardswann blinks rapidly at the glowing motes covering his face. He is covered in the dust but seems to resist being blinded.
Will 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 pass! turning out to be a battle of inches
Linah dashes toward the battle. I think you can make another square so I've moved you there.
Grall and Sajan do likewise.
The two remaining archers, thankfully forgotten, start to clear the debris on the steps to clear a path.
Nuveril attacks the Kuldis leader but a low sweep of his axe nearly steals her balance and Kardswann parries each blow with the haft. Your OK there, I'll always give you the benefit of the doubt when the square is half and half.
Kardswann launches a series of blistering attack routines at Khalid, the heavy axe a blur in his hands. This time Kardswann concentrates more on accuracy as he probes Khalid's defenses. It is all the inquisitor can do to keep the axe from his body but somehow, from somewhere, he finds the reserves to match Kardswann blow for blow, Tempest a feather in his hands. It is obvious that the axeman can barely believe it. He floats backward out of reach, clearly frustrated.
Greataxe vs Khalid 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (2) + 16 = 18 miss!

Haleen turns to Grall and shakes her head at the sight of his many wounds.
Oh my poor Grall!
She raises her right hand, chanting, and Grall can feel the heat radiating from it.
This is going to hurt...
She rests the hand on the gnoll's chest and its as if his veins are suddenly flowing lava. Some of his wounds close as if seared by flame.

Round 11, initiative 17
Linah ends her dash forward near the edge of the platform (move action to W14). She glances over her shoulder before spreading her arms like wings and emits another burst of soothing energy (ready action to channel positive energy 2d6 ⇒ (1, 5) = 6 once Grall comes into range. I should get Grall, Haleen, Khalid, Nuveril and Sajan in that blast). The glow is reflected in her scimitar and scales causing her blade and mail to gleam in a golden color.
