My question pertaining to the Rage Prophet is if it should have a full base attack bonus instead of a 3/4th base attack bonus? After comparing the Rage Prophet to the Holy Vindicator it looks like it should have a full base attack bonus since both prestige classes seem to be focused on the same basic concept of being a divine warrior. So if I could get a clarification on this it would be most helpful.

Wow... Threadomancy.... (Still, better than starting a new thread, I think?)
I have to agree with the OP on this one.
I'm not saying that the Rage Prophet isn't interesting or nifty, but I do think that it's weaker (mechanically) in comparison to the two most similar prestige classes (Vindicator and EK).
I would say the Vindicator gives you more, as it synthesises a full BAB martial class and the 3/4 BAB caster (with a d8 hit die) and gives you +7 caster levels, full BAB, a d10 hit die and continues to increase the cleric's primary class feature: channeling energy.
In fact, the only thing a cleric gives up by going HV are caster levels (and while I'm not saying that's minor, if you don't multiclass and take cleric into HV, you can still cast miracle), and gains a bigger hit die, a better BAB, armour and weapon proficiencies, and all those spiffy vindicator powers.
The EK also gives you more, as it synthesizes a full BAB martial class and a 1/2 BAB caster (with a d6 hit die) and gives you +9 caster levels, full BAB and a d10 hit die. So, with the dip into fighter, a Wizard only loses 2 caster levels, so he can still memorize like a level 18 caster - and with the right trait, still have a caster level of 20 -- and gains a net 2 feats.
Then, we have the Rage Prophet -- who, like the HV, is a synthesis of a full BAB class (with a d12 hit die!) and a 3/4 BAB class (with a d8).
The rage prophet who gains the same 7 spellcaster levels as the Vindicator, which because of the slower caster progression and the necessary level of Barbarian means you cast (at best!) as Oracle 16, denying you level 9 spells.
If you look at it compared to Oracle, you stop gaining class features (mysteries), and you don't gain combat ability because you have the same BAB (though you do get d10s) and gain no proficiencies with arms or armour (above what you got for being a barbarian).
If you look at it compared to Barbarian, you stop gaining class features (rage rounds, powers, other features like DR, etc.), you get a smaller hit die and less combat progression.
So, yes, I think that as flavourful and interesting as it is, it is less powerful than the other classes and needs a bit of help.
