1. Questions about Haste and movement.
We seem to keep having issues with the haste spell at our table regarding movement.
It says in the book that haste increases the movement of the character by 30ft.
Is this number added on to the end of the movement if you were running or multiplied.
If my character has a speed of 30 and he's hasted he then moves 60ft. How far does he get if he runs does he get 240ft [(30+30) x 4] or 150ft (30x4+30)?
2. Flammable Web
The Web spell is said to be flammable. This means the whole things instantly bursts into flame in one round if lit, correct?
3. What gets multiplied?
Is the extra damage from a bane weapon multiplied on a critical hit?
Is the extra damage from the ranger's favored enemy multiplied on a critical hit?

Haste: adds to your base speed. Your base speed goes up to 60 (40 if small). You then multiply this by 4 for running.
Web: the rules are quite clear. Any 5 ft square burns away when exposed to flames in 1 round. Only the parts that are lit on fire burn, not the entire web. Otherwise, it would not specify that a fire takes 1 round to burn 1 5ft square. Large fires would obviously take out more web.
Crits: All damage is multiplied unless otherwise specified. Precision damage (rogue sneak attack) is not multiplied as it is specificaly called out in the critical hit description. Magic bonus dice are not multiplied because it says in the magic weapon enhancement rules that they are not. Magic status bonuses, like the +1 enhancement, are not called out in the exception, so they are multiplied.
Ranger Favored Enemy is multiplied.
Bane: the +2 enhancement is multiplied, but the +2d6 is not multiplied.

Per the PRD:
"Bane: A bane weapon excels against certain foes. Against a designated foe, the weapon's enhancement bonus is +2 better than its actual bonus. It also deals an extra 2d6 points of damage against the foe."
Seems that the +2 would multiply, but not the 2d6 additional damage.
Otherwise, everything else seems spot on. Web burns, but slowly. Haste grants an Enhancement bonus to movement so does not stack with other enhancement effects.
