Or I will, if someone can't poke holes in my idea.
I've got a, currently, empty haversack, and it can hold 80lbs of gnomish (or halfling) might without my taking any penalties. Now this is a very silly idea, but I can't help thinking it would be *very* effective if I happened to have a midget battery/bazooka in my backpack.
If I happen to find myself the tallest in the room, I'll keep 2 potions of reduce person and become a mobile weapon's platform.
For example, say I'm bored and decide to haul several allies, giving them each a potion of reduce person to allow them to fit into my pockets (2 small become tiny and fit my side pockets, and a medium could be made small to fit the main pocket) allowing for example any combination of healing, mundane shooting, and magic blasting. I'd still be at a light load, and depending on build moving between 40-50' a round.
So fire away, why doesn't this work?

Well If you can find people who are willing to be shrunk down and will fit the 2 small pockets of 20lb, and the main of 80lb. There is no reason you couldn't put them in i guess. Tho a DM could say they wouldn't fit. But then you run into your first problem. They then only have enough air for 10 mins. Now it can be debated if leaving the bag open will let air in or not. I feel how i feel on it and wont start any debate.
Now lastly you have put those people into an non-dimensional space. As such they would have no clue or any idea of what is going on in the world around them or outside the bag. Some might argue differently then me but shoot out of a non-dimensional space and or casting wouldn't be possible. But you could say pull out your 80lb meatshield and have it drink a enlarge potion. And i would even allow if you talked with the person before hand that if they saw your hand if meant to heal you. But that would be my houseruleing kind of thing.| Havelock |

1) You should be a Barbarian or Monk. That way you can move even faster.
2) If all your gnomish passengers are going to be sorcerers you are going to have fatigue problems because they need to sleep all night.
3) You are going to have to run away a lot so that the gnomes can concentrate fire, barbarians are notorious for being broadly muscular. Unless you are a Monk. Then you will need a Haversack specially constructed to include seat belts.
4) The gnomes will need to make concentration checks, and possibly use the splash rules if you are moving around in an unpredictable manner, as often happens in combat.

I allowed a player to play a little person-halfling wizard (illusionist). The character was about the size of a big toddler. Then when the party had to sneak into a city in disguise, the PCs actually disguised the halfling as a toddler. (He used to run up to women and cry "Mama" or "Grandma" and nuzzle his face in their bosoms while the women oohed and aahed.) Anyway, another character eventually made a baby carrier out of a backpack. The wizard would cast haste on his "mount" and then both equipped with wands, the carrier PC would take his standard action and then transport the little wizard to the best place for him to cast his spells. They became an incredible fighting team.

It doesn't say. They are simply lost forever.
