Hey Hyrum, Mark:

The file in the one sheet zip is missing a '.' before "pdf". It also needs a slight update at the bottom for a new email address.

I've downloaded this three times and it opens to gibberish... am I doing something wrong?

A simple error, I think. The file is missing the "." right before the file extension. Easy enough to add in.
