Normally, you don't have these kinds of issues with Deadly Stroke, being a fighter only feat, but at 17th level it could come into play. I was just wondering if the spell deals double damage as well. I could see this going either way.

I'm inclined to say that it's just for the weapon with which you have greater weapon focus. I agree, there is some ambiguity there. I think "normal damage" would be specific to the weapon in this case and the spell would be seperate but simultaneous.
Of course, if it gets the threat range of the weapon in question too then there is no reason to say the spell wouldn't get doubled as well.
