My Pathfinder AP Subscription

Hello,

there seems to be something wrong with my Pathfinder supscription. I haven`t yet received Pathfinder #36, I can't download the .pdf either. The Homepage of my subscription states:

It seems as if #36-#38 are missing from my subscription. How did this happen? Could you please add them again to the products scheduled for shipping (and also activate the download links to them on my subscription page?)

On your My Subscriptions page, next to the information you've posted here, you will see the shipping address associated with your subscription. Right now, there is some red writing underneath your address that says:

Your My Subscriptions page wrote:
Non-US addresses are required to include a local telephone number.

...and a button which says "Add Phone Number". Without a phone number, the address is not valid and we cannot ship anything to you.

We sent you emails regarding this change back in November before this change went into effect. Please take a moment to go your My Subscriptions page and add the requisite phone number to your subscription address. Once this has been done, let me know and I will set up an order to bring your subscription back up-to-date.

As for the email, you will see in the fine print at the bottom of this (and every) page that our business hours are Monday through Friday. You sent the email on Saturday, so we are just getting to it today.

I must have missed this email last year.

Ok, I have added a local phone number.


In fact, I did NOT miss that email, I just remembered - I DID enter the phone number into my profile before, else I would not have received the APs up to #35, would I?. But for some reason my old address (I no longer live there, moved in January 2009) showed up as delivery address. For this older address I had not entered an phone number (I did this yesterday, not realising that the address was WRONG) - thankfully, because then the books would have been shipped to the false address.

I have absolutely no idea why my old address suddenly was reinstated as shipment address. I certainly did not made that change.

However, I have immediately corrected the address.

EDIT:

I can't even find the old address any more under "active addresses", I think I actually deleted it. It only shows up at my cancelled subscriptions for the modules and the campaign - and before I changed it at my one active subscription of course.

I have created the order which will bring your subscription up to date, for which you should have just received a confirmation email. please take a moment to review this email to ensure that everything is set up as it should be.
