Scribe Scroll (Item Creation)
You can create magic scrolls.
Prerequisite: Caster level 1st.
Benefit: You can create a scroll of any spell that you
know. Scribing a scroll takes 2 hours if its base price is 250
gp or less, otherwise scribing a scroll takes 1 day for each
1,000 gp in its base price. To scribe a scroll, you must use up
raw materials costing half of this base price. See the magic
item creation rules in Chapter 15 for more information.
Mage Armor (lvl 1) at CL 1 = 1 x 1 x 25gp = 25gp market price. Cost to create: 12.5gp. It'll take you 2 hours.
However....
Although an individual scroll might contain more than one
spell, each spell must be scribed as a separate effort, meaning
that no more than 1 spell can be scribed in a day.
So, even if you made a scroll with 4 copies of the Mage Armor (CL1) on it, you could spend 2 hours a day, but it'd still take you 4 days.

So, even if you made a scroll with 4 copies of the Mage Armor (CL1) on it, you could spend 2 hours a day, but it'd still take you 4 days.
I disagree. The text block you quoted for that doesn't include the "two hours for under 250 gp" exception. Under that exception, it's pretty clear you can make four cheap scrolls (or potions) in one day.
Again, that's the exception to the general rule that you spend your time in 1 day increments, 8 hours of work each.So I claim that you can make four scrolls of Mage Armor a day, assuming you have enough spells per day to cast Mage Armor four times.

^^ this sounds more reasonable. Can you mix them? mage armor and 3 other spells?

First of all, the rules are explicit about no more than 1 item per day, no matter the cost (Core Rulebook, p549). The only real advantage to the 2 hour craft time for El Cheapo scrolls and potions is that you can devote your lunch break to making an item while still doing other things (like adventuring or travelling).
So Waylorn, your follow-up question is moot, since it's a house-rule anyway. RAW, you can scribe one spell per day, period. IF your DM lets you scribe multiple spells on one scroll in one day, it'd be entirely up to them to decide if you could mix and match.
(Having said that, THIS DM lets you treat one scroll with multiple spells as a single item befoe checking to total price to determine the crafting time, and you can mix'n'match at will. IMC only, of course.)

The creator also needs a fairly quiet, comfortable, and well-lit place in which to work. Any place suitable for preparing spells is suitable for making items. Creating an item requires 8 hours of work per 1,000 gp in the item's base price (or fraction thereof), with a minimum of at least 8 hours. Potions and scrolls are an exception to this rule; they can take as little as 2 hours to create (if their base price is 250 gp or less). Scrolls and potions whose base price is more than 250 gp, but less than 1,000 gp, take 8 hours to create, just like any other magic item. The character must spend the gold at the beginning of the construction process. Regardless of the time needed for construction, a caster can create no more than one magic item per day. This process can be accelerated to 4 hours of work per 1,000 gp in the item's base price (or fraction thereof) by increasing the DC to create the item by +5.
Emphasis mine.
Not saying I agree with it, but that is the "as written" word on the subject. I suspect this is to minimize the impact on the game by caster-players stocking up on scrolls and potions on the cheap.
