Hi Paizo Team :)

I tried adding a couple of (preordered) items to my sidecart and ended up putting them in my current pending order. Rather than holding this order until the last preordered item is available (ie May 2011), could the preordered items get moved to my sidecart so the available items can ship as per usual for the September subscription shipment?

Is it possible to find out what I did wrong to merge the orders instead of putting the new items in the sidecart?

I have moved the preorders into your sidecart and we will get the remainder shipped out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you what went wrong as I do not have the means to see what was on your screen at the time of order.
