yes.
Each feat only limits you to one stunning first and one punishing kick per round.
If you also had touch of serentiy you could do all three of them each one time in a round.
And don't forget Elemental Fist and Perfect Strike (for a flurrying Monk alternating a single Kama with Unarmed Strike, for example) :) .

5 special attacks per round and at the level you could do that you'd have enough uses to basically do it every round of combat.
stuned prone unable to attack extra dmg and extra d20 roll
fun fun
Probably wouldn't take Perfect Strike since my Ghost Monk went with a temple Sword , although getting an extra roll searching for a crit would be handy for the ghost monk abilites
And elemental fist while nice is only an extra 1d6 and you'd need to pick the right type to avoid energy resistence, unless there another feat to expand elemental damage ?

Elemental fist improves if you're of the 4 winds flavor of monk. Just as Punishing kick improves with hungry ghost and stunning fist improves with vanilla.

ah so not really applicable to the ghost monk then. still 3 special attacks per flurry is pretty decent stun prone and unable to attack are pretty decent lockdown conditions. although that touch of serentity need 18WIS which is a bit of an investment possibly better spent on boosting strength.
