If one had IUS and TWF could one combine the two with spell combat?
I'm assuming RAI the answer is no but some clarification may be needed.
An unarmed strike is a light melee weapon, so a Monk Magus could technically Flurry and Spell Combat... although it flies in the face of the intent behind these abilities (to work like TWF).
If you are using a melee weapon that can be thrown, you could use Rapid Shot too. Hmmm...
