Hey there folks!
This is just a quick note to let you know that the Magus class is legal for play for Pathfinder Society as of today. I hope to have v3.0.1 (a minor update) of the Guide out tomorrow with this noted in Chapter 13, but for now feel free to start playtesting the Magus ASAP.
Thanks for the quick official word Josh!

Cool. And after reading it over a couple of times, I cannot spot anything that would not be legal for PFS play.
Other than the mention of Item Creation feats in the bonus feat section, I didn't spot anything either. And since you also have the option of a combat feat or a metamagic feat, its not that big of a deal.

Yep, that is why I did not list that. Now if it had listed only item creation feats, that would have been a different matter.

Rather than make a new thread, I am bumping this one up instead.
As of today, Dec. 6th, the playtest of the revised version of the Magus began, and as the following post from Mark in the Paizo Blog for this shows, if you have a PFS Magus, you must update it to the current version of the playtest:
Just a note to anyone playing a magus in Pathfinder Society:
As of today, you must update your character to include the current version of the magus.
That is all.
