So can the Alchemist take Craft Wondrous Item feat without taking Master Craftsman?

Nope. Craft feats require a caster level which the Alchemist does not have.

That said, the alchemist gets a nice bonus to alchemy, and it gives them access to all the elixirs, oils, salves, solvents, glue, unguents, dusts, and so on which an alchemist should reasonably make.
