I am thinking about handwaving the growth of my players towns in my upcoming campaign, it would be nice to still show the players how their city grows (we use an lcd table). Does anyone have maps of how their city has grown (e.g year 1, 2, 3 ect).

Here's something:
My version of the rebuilt Stag Lord's Fort.
My players just defeated him this weekend, and I finally sent them the map. Not sure if they'll want me to change it or not.
I made a green hex outline for explored tiles, and a red one for claimed tiles. i then put together the diferent maps into one big map, and have been placing this tiles down wheneever my players explore or claim a hex. I also added a few markers for farms and roads. sadly I can't post the imgae since it uses the maps from the PDFs.

Very nice. I bought the map set, and had the first map laminated. Then I have them mark each explored hex with an "x". Not sure how I'll go from that to "claimed for a kingdom" - maybe just follow your lead an use different colors. I can re-mark the map with a red "x" for explored, and a green "x" for claimed.

so you are doing the exploration bit fully, but wanna handwave city building?
