I noticed today the money has already been removed from my account for my Serpents Skull subscription. On average, how many days after that can I expenct access to the PDF of Racing to Ruin? Does anyone know an exact day for it to ship as well?
I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve right now...

That's not actual removal, it's a test to make sure the funds are there. Sometime next week is when I'd expect things to start shipping.

I usually get the shipping notification 2-7 days after the first email.

At the same time we did that, we also sent you an email that said, among other things:
In the next week or so, we're expecting to ship Pathfinder Adventure Path #38: Racing to Ruin (Serpent's Skull 2 of 6) (PFRPG) Print Edition, the next volume of your subscription.
When it ships, we'll be charging [an amount] to your credit card. When we charge your card, you'll be given access to a free PDF edition of the product, and we'll also send a confirmation email to let you know that it has shipped.
So... in the next week or so.
soon i hope. we are finishing the Shiv this sunday more than likely.

I know you said this was avaible Friday. But subscribers don't get to download the PDF until it ships, right? I assume it won't start shipping until Monday.
Yeah, usually the "it's here" blog post happens as they get the OK that it cleared customs and is ready to pick up. Then they have to get all of those pallets of books to the warehouse, unpack them, do a quick once over for bad printing errors, and begin shipping.
Also of note, it takes about 4-5 days for everyone to get their downloads..

I am a new subscriber and I didn't get the intending to ship email and now I'm worried there might be a problem with my subscription. How do I check to make sure everything is alright?
I had the same worries and then checked the board "customer service" on these messageboards. There you can see that other people had the same problem and Cosmo replied
I'm not sure whats holding up shipment on this order. Can someone look into this?Pathfinder #38 was briefly held up in customs, so all of the subscription shipments for this month are going to be going out this week, rather than last.
