Am I missing something with this Black Dragon's stats?

I'm looking at the ancient Black Dragon stats. For it's melee attack it has bite at +32. But it has a BAB of +22, STR of 33 and Weapon Focus (bite). I make that out to be +34. Is there something I'm forgetting to figure in, or is that just an error in the book?

Size penalty. -1 for each step above medium. If that dragon is Huge, then it's a -2.

So you are saying Black Dragons are Bulimic? They think they are fat and they vomit all the time to keep themselves thin? A genetic trait perhaps?
